Clear Division of Responsibilities for a Seamless Production Experience

The COMPANY is responsible for supplying all production elements needed to stage “Luis de Matos IMPOSSIBLE Live.” This includes usage rights for promotional content, transportation of equipment from Estúdio33 to the venue (within mainland Europe, with possible cost contributions depending on distance), full fees and insurance for 28 team members (5 magicians, 1 main assistant, 5 dancers, 15 technicians, and 1 tour manager), all stage props, custom-built systems, wardrobe, set pieces (such as the star curtain and center LED screen), lighting (including special effects), video control, and the MAP – Mobile Anchor Point.
The PROMOTER is responsible for all local arrangements, including round-trip flights to the host city, venue rental, lighting/sound/power packages, local crew, permits, security, insurance, catering, accommodation, per diems, local transport, consumables, promotional efforts, ticket sales, and any other items listed in the technical rider.

One-Week Engagement Terms and Full Producer Control

All terms refer to a one-week engagement and must be adjusted for longer or multi-city tours. The show runs 1h 40m without intermission, though a break may be added if needed. Performances include a 15-minute pre-show, during which no announcements are allowed. The PRODUCER retains full control over all aspects of the show, including content, cast, and performance details, with the right to make changes if necessary.
